At Big Beach Cookies, all of our products are made fresh to order in our Alabama Cottage Food kitchen. Because each cookie batch is produced specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund it.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage during pickup or delivery, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you as best as possible.
