Welcome to Big Beach Cookies! By placing an order through our website, social media, or in-person pickup, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Cottage Food Operation

Big Beach Cookies operates under Alabama Cottage Food Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Alabama Department of Public Health. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
Orders cannot be placed without payment.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because our cookies are made fresh to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Incorrect order submitted by the customer

Failure to pick up an order

Taste preferences

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

4. Pickup & Local Delivery

Once your order is baked and ready, you will receive an official “Your order is ready for pickup” email from Big Beach Cookies.

In addition, you will receive a text message from Kerri that reads:

“This is Kerri @ Big Beach Cookies. Your cookies are ready for pickup! Please let me know when to expect you so we can be here or have them in the cooler on the front porch. Thank you so much for your order!”

Customers are responsible for arriving within a reasonable time after confirming their pickup.
If you do not respond or do not pick up your order, your cookies will be held for you, but no refund or replacement will be issued.

If weather, scheduling, or unexpected issues impact pickup, please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can assist.

5. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, peanuts, soy, and chocolate.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that cross-contamination is possible.

6. Shipping

If shipping is offered, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by USPS, UPS, or any carrier. Once a package leaves our possession, it is outside our control.

7. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and ingredient details. However, colors, textures, and shapes may vary, as our cookies are handmade.

8. Refusal of Service

Big Beach Cookies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms.
